during my visit, i noticed the corridor carpets was somewhat worn, which slightly detracted from the otherwise perfect presentation.

the service i received was excellent. tung and phuc assisted with directions and transport (they always offered help with my shopping). the breakfast buffet offered western and asian options plus fruits and pastries. the staff was attentive, remembering preferences and fulfilling requests quickly.
